At Moople Institute of Animation and Design, placement has been our foremost priority since inception. It is our responsibility to provide 100% job assistance to all our students after completion of the course.

The purpose of courses offered by our institution is to extend the nature and range of careers available to its students by providing comprehensive training to make them industry ready.

PLACEMENT POLICIES

1. Moople Institute of Animation and Design, conducts a fair and impartial practice of student placement.

2. Moople Institute of Animation and Design, will setup interviews till such time the student receives a job offer.

3. Students will have to appear for the interview at the given venue on time at their own expense. The institute does not provide boarding, food or transportation facility for outstation or local opportunities.

4. The interview setup by Moople Institute of Animation and Design, does not guarantee an offer. Students will seek the job on their own merit and skill set.

5. The right to select or reject any student is reserved with the hiring company.

6. Moople placement team will brief students about the job profile, compensation and other information as shared by the hiring company.

7. Moople shall make all reasonable efforts to negotiate the best salary package for its students when discussing with the hiring company. However, the final salary offered will be decided by the hiring company. Salaries are dependent on student merit and knowledge along with individual company requirements.

8. Students are requested to gather knowledge and verify all job details, financial terms and conditions and facilities offered by the hiring company while applying for a particular job opening. Moople shall not be held responsible for any changes later communicated by the hiring company.

9. The students are requested to deal diligently & cautiously with the hiring company. Students should take all necessary steps to protect themselves from any fraudulent practices and/or attempt to cheat and defraud. Moople shall not be held responsible for any unlawful utilization or misrepresentation of our name or goodwill by any individual/company.

10. If any individual is found to be involved with or initiating any wrong practice in the above-mentioned clause 9, they shall be liable for appropriate legal action by us.

11. Placement department will make reasonable efforts to take individual preferences into consideration while setting up interviews post course completion. However, students will be sent for interviews based on current opportunities available and placement department will ensure that the job opening is relevant to the course taught in instances where individual preferences are not met.

12. No complaint or legal liability regarding the employer shall be entertained by us from any student or from any person in the above context.

13. We provide 100% placement assistance to all our students but do not guarantee a job with any particular company or a particular salary.

Placement eligibility criteria

In order to avail placement assistance students must meet the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

• Must have paid his/her fee in full

• Has completed minimum 90% of their course curriculum

• Must have secured 85% attendance across the course duration

• Should have scored 70% marks during the course

• The student should have an HOD approved showreel

Students will be considered ineligible for placement activities if any of the below mentioned is true:

• Students will be considered ineligible for placement activities if student registers for an interview and fails to appear without any prior intimation

• If there is a misbehaviour/indiscipline on the part of the student during the interview process

• If a student is relieved from his duties on being found guilty of fraud, dishonest and disorderly behaviour, indiscipline, insubordination, unapproved and frequent absenteeism, misrepresentation, furnishing forged documents; the student shall be blacklisted and not be considered for future placements.
