Remarks Please Note:Point1)Offer Letter:After selection, the student will receive the offer letter from the company named Genesis International, which is a payroll partner of Management and Computer Consultants.2)Training Period:Selected students will undergo a training period of 15 calendar days from the date of joining.3)Performance Review:During this period, their performance will be assessed based on key parameters such as technical understanding, learning agility, communication, and collaboration.4)Post-Training:Upon successful completion of the training period and meeting the expected standards, the student will be assigned to a project. If the required performance benchmarks are not met, the organization may choose not to continue the engagement beyond the training period.5)Reporting Time:Reporting time is flexible between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Students must complete a total of 9 hours in the office from their time of arrival.
