| CTC | ₹15,000 per month. The performance of each artist will be assessed based on their output, measured through ETA (Estimated Time of Accomplishment). If a candidate fails to achieve the required 100 hours of output per month, a performance-based deduction of ₹5,000 will be applied, making their monthly payout ₹10,000 for that month. Those who achieve 200 hours of output will have their salary increased to ₹25,000 per month. Artists who do not show improvement or fail to meet minimum expectations may be terminated within 15 days of joining |

| Remarks | Please Note:Point 1) Company provides wholesome daily meals—lunch and dinner—that feature traditional Kerala-style cuisine prepared with coconut oil. While consuming office food is optional, we would like to mention that the dishes are authentic and reflect Kerala cuisine and lifestyle. Point 2) The working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates may need to dedicate extra hours for training, skill enhancement and to meet output requirement for which no additional payment will be made.
