CTC 1) For the first 2 months the stipend will be 12k-15k per month based upon interview skills 2) For the next 2 months the stipend will be 12k-18k per month based upon internship performance 3) For the next 4 months the stipend will be 14k-20k per month based upon performance evaluation during training and team fit 5) After successful completion of the internship and the evaluation period candidates may be converted to a full time with a salary hike of 14k-22k per month with an increment range 35%-60% determined by APA ( Annual Appraisal Performance ) Score and Proficiency uplift and skill progression
